Emotions and Me

I have created this blog just to share that a person can be multi-emotional at a time but can never be emotion-less.

I am personally a multi-emotional person by nature. When I dis-agree with someone’s views, I get angry on that person. And most of the times that person has been one of the closest persons of my life. No one according to me can hide Emotions. Sometimes my body language also depicts my emotion whether I’m hurt or angry or sad.

I have lost many things in my life due to loss of control on my emotions. The certain way I react to people can tell how I feel about them. The tongue is a powerful thing it can be used to express how I feel by the way I say things. Sometimes the way I say things can be mistaken or simple taken out of context. Most of the times I have been involving unnecessarily between the fights of two. Though the idea of my involvement was always positive but the way I shout brings others to the conclusion that I am an “Angry Bull”. My friends fear me, and they have confessed it many a times.
Most of the time, body language by itself can show how I feel.

I was talking to my friend and in the middle of the conversation they turn and walked away. My friend obviously did care to here anymore of what I was saying. Or if I hug a person it means I associate with that person in some kind of what whether we talk to each other every day or one only once a year. Body language is hardly ever mistaken, because my body movements come directly from my brain's control so every movement has a purpose.

In my opinion body language is more useful than anything I can say, because it can paint clearer picture of what I am trying to get across to you. I always try to make sure that my body language and what I am saying match up, so that a point that I what to make good or bad can be expressed.

The time when I get angry at the same time I become sad. Sometimes I cry and at the same time I can laugh also. When I shout at a person close to me at the same point of time I say sorry and regret to what I did. This is how I feel and say myself a multi-emotional person.

If you would like to suggest me something you can comment below. I would appreciate it.

Colors representing Emotions...

Colors are always tough to pinpoint an emotion, simply because both are subjective and vary from person to person. Physical attributes (such as how physically the human eye changes subtly from one person to the next) and life experiences (from the way you grew up and were taught colors to life experiences that you may subconsciously associate colors with).

Red: Excitement, Lively, Easily Bored, Hasty, Passionate. Red is the color of fire and blood, so it is associated with energy, war, danger, strength, power, determination as well as passion, desire, and love. Red is an emotionally intense color.

Pink: Sensitive, Kind, Sweet Disposition, Romantic. Culturally related to things feminine and womanly, pink is a soothing color. Some prisons use it to calm aggressive prisoners. Its the color of comfort, warmth and tender affection.

Yellow:Happy, Playful, Optimistic, Spontaneous. Causes more eye fatigue than any other color. It increases metabolism and upsets babies. Yellow often makes many people feel cheerful, energetic, and happy but soon fatigued.

Blue: Calm, Trustworthy, Loyalty, Daydreamer :// Serious, Conservative.  Relax, soothe, and make us feel more spiritual and centered. Blue is intuitively chosen for bedrooms for just this reason. It also improves productivity. Blue is also considered to be a clean color.

Gray: Reserved, noncommittal. Color for the studious, the ambiguous and the bare. It can have an unfriendly or indifferent feeling when its a lot of it.

Green: Safe, Goodwilled, Generous :// Stubborn. Green is the color of nature. It symbolizes growth, harmony, freshness, and fertility. Green has strong emotional correspondence with safety. Dark green is also commonly associated with money.

Brown: Dependable, Loyal. Security, credibility, and reassurance. It also tends to be soothing and comfortable.

Purple: Negotiator, Well Liked, Mysterious

Sources of Emotions

Scientists have developed several theories about how emotions are generated based on subjective feelings, physiological responses, and expressive behavior.

The facial muscles involved in emotional expression are governed by nerves following a complex system of direct and indirect pathways to and from the motor cortex (voluntary smile circuit under conscious control) and the limbic system and brain stem (spontaneous smile circuit not under conscious control). This may explain why people's faces can express emotions like happiness, fear, and disgust without their being aware of it.

Even a photograph depict emotions because some emotions don't make noise while some do...
